We are a happy and successful choir which has been going strong for more than 50 years. Based in Hitchin, we are one of the best-known and best-supported choirs in the area.
The West End came to Walsworth Road in July when musical theatre star Obioma Ugoala appeared as guest soloist in our summer concert, Songs from the Shows. A sell-out audience rocked along to selections from Rogers&Hammerstein, West Side Story, Les Miserables and Wicked and we hope we sent them home hot but happy. Director Harry was certainly hot, but he looked happy with the massive applause at the end, shared by Obi and our fantastic pianist Colin. Congratulations to all our choir soloists: Barry, Bob, Chris, David, Ed, Kieran, Marcus, Catherine, Katie, Katherine, Kirstie, Rania and Sophia!
