NORTH HERTS GUILD OF SINGERS

We are a happy and successful choir which has been going strong for more than 50 years. Based in Hitchin, we are one of the best-known and best-supported choirs in the area.

Work begins this month on CPE Bach's Magnificat and Handel's Dettingen Te Deum, ready for our next concert in November. Term starts Thursday 5 September - a good time to come and along and try us! We are especially looking for singers to join our alto section. More info here:

WHy not come to one of our concerts?

We hope you will come along to one of our concerts! In November we will be performing CPE Bach's Magnificat and Handel's Dettingen Te Deum, two works new to the choir (at least in recent memory! If anyone can remember a previous Guild performance please get in touch).

In December we perform for the first time an exuberant piece from contemporary composer Oliver Tarney, based around three French carols, Missa Media Nocte.
