Ticket Terms and Conditions


1. Tickets are sold subject to the Guild’s right to make any reasonable alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements.

2. Tickets are sold in three price bands: Full, Concessionary - over 65, Concessionary - in full time education.

3. Ticket refunds will only occur on cancellation of an event by the Guild committee or substantial alteration to the programme. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be made at the committee’s discretion.

4. All tickets and discounts are subject to availability.

5. Unless otherwise stated on the ticket, all seats are unreserved.

6. Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment by audience members are forbidden.

7. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.

8. The Guild reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to its concert premises.

9. All reserved tickets must be prepaid and those that have not been claimed by 10 minutes before the start of the concert may be made available for resale.

10. Performers should not expect free tickets or programmes for themselves, their friends and family.

11. Non-performing members do not have the right to a free ticket at the door on the day of the concert. They must be acquired before.

12. Non-performing members may not have free tickets for charity concerts.

13. A disabled person attending a concert as a member of the audience may apply for one free ticket for a carer, provided e-mail notification to that effect is sent to the Ticket Manager on the NHGS website http://www.nhgs.org.uk/contact-north-herts-guild-singers.htm at least 48 hours before the concert.
